Your favorite Dubai blogger feels like writing exciting hotel review! My favorite getaway 15 minutes away! Comfy sun-bed on the white sand private beach overlooking a recent tourist attraction Ain Dubai! Does life get any better? From super-fun family time to fabulous weekends with my babes that sometimes end up even partying at the royal suite, I always cherish special memories created at Sheraton JBR.
With so many choices in Dubai and the UAE, it’s hard to pick where to go for a mini-staycation, so when @Sheratonjumeirah invited me to come and experience the beautiful Jumeirah Beach, I jumped at the opportunity. After a warm and welcoming check-in experience, we couldn’t wait to hit the pool and beach. My son loved the kid’s pool and children’s indoor and outdoor playground which provided endless fun and activities.
The relaxing environment by the pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon with the friendly sta catering to all our needs. A ‘swim-up’ pool bar is always a must and guests were soaking up the experience which had a great vibe. The fun and attentive sta were artfully shaking and stirring an inviting array of cocktails, but the selection of Frappe is what caught my eye – “yes please”.
We lay back on the lounges soaking up the sun overlooking the amazing Jumeirah Beach, and a view of the iconic Palm and new Blue Water Island; just a stroll away. Guests on the beach couldn’t resist dipping a toe in the cool calm waters or experiencing one of the many beach activities on offer.
Our afternoon by the pool was now awash with the colors of an Arabian sunset, so we returned to our room to freshen up. The rooms are spacious, well laid out and are great for families with children of any age.
Not wanting to miss the amazing sunset, we wandered down to Bliss Lounge where they serve a wide range of cocktails in a cozy and intimate area right on the beach! There’s no better place on the beach for casual drinks with friends, and, you can order a light snack; I highly recommend the sashimi.
We were also tempted to try out Peacock, Chinese Restaurant, which is famous for delicious dishes, all homemade fresh ingredients. Definitely will try it during our next visit! After a day like that, it wasn’t hard to drift o to sleep in those wonderful Sheraton beds, which I found out you can buy along with the sheets and those amazing pillows.
The morning brought yet another perfect day so of course, we couldn’t resist having our breakfast outside in the stunning gardens at Palm Garden…my tip – breakfast in the garden is a popular choice so go early.
Well satisfied, we set o to explore other parts of the hotel and its huge grounds, which had to include a stroll on the pure white sand beach with the water lapping at our feet. The children couldn’t wait to head back to the playgrounds again, leaving me to continue my blissful wandering.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Sheraton, having created some more wonderful Dubai memories. Thank you @sheratonjumeirah, we can’t wait to come back and visit again soon. Not long after we hosted a Magnificent party at Sheraton JBR Royal Suite.
